Vivanta Consulting will use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for job placements or contract roles.
Clients: If you are a client seeking staffing or offshore operational services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your needs and requirements. You are responsible for maintaining accurate details about job roles, contracts, project specifications, and performance expectations for candidates or offshore teams placed by Vivanta Consulting.
6. Privacy and Data Use
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will process your personal data for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

In no event shall Vivanta Consulting's liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific Services that gave rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
